255 MILLEDGE | ATHENS, GEORGIA | WEDDING DAY

Wow.. I cannot WAIT to share all of these from this beautiful wedding day!! You may remember Alex and Thomas from their engagement session in Athens, GA (view engagement blog here). On the day of their March session, it just so happened to be 40 degrees and storming, but we got a little open window of sun just for photos! As soon as I got in my car, it started HAILING! The unpredictable weather seems to be a theme, because their wedding weekend was filled with a mixture of sun and rainy downpours. Something about the rain felt more romantic than inconvenient and led to some of my new favorite locations at an all time favorite venue, 255 Milledge!

We began wedding weekend on Friday night for their rehearsal dinner at the Georgian Hall in downtown Athens, Georgia. I loved getting to be a part of this portion of the weekend because I felt like I really understand the family dynamics once I arrived on the wedding day.

The next day – it’s wedding day! We begin the day at 255 Milledge with details – I’m obsessed with these!
