Wow.. this wedding day was absolutely amazing!! Not only is this the fall wedding dream, but I got to reconnect with a wedding industry friend who just so happens to be the Mother of the Bride AND the venue owner!! Kathy, it was such an honor to be the one chosen to photograph your girl’s big day!!

I met Kathy longggg ago at one of my very first weddings in Athens and we’ve followed each other’s lives online ever since. It wasn’t until 2023 that I saw she was opening her own wedding venue and we decided to plan a styled shoot to show off all the beautiful features of this historic home!

Fast forward to 2024, I got to meet Kathy’s daughter Erin and her fiance Julian for their engagement session and fell in love with these two! They are incredibly laid back and have so much fun together! It’s obvious their friendship is such a solid foundation for their relationship.

The day started with getting ready and details at the beautiful, historic venue — Sparrow Grove Manor in Monroe, Georgia.
