CHATEAU ELAN WINERY & RESORT | BRASELTON, GA | WEDDING DAY

Ahhh!! Get ready to see some of my FAVORITE new photos!! The Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia was the most elegant venue for this summer wedding! The weather was threatening thunderstorms all day, but Madison had her heart set on an outdoor ceremony. They made the call to go for it and (with thunder in the background) we made it through the entire ceremony without rain! The moment guests got inside, the bottom dropped out! You might remember Madison and Connor from their engagement session – view here. They were actually the first MH couple to try out the Athens skyline spot that has now become a regular go-to! You will soon see that these two are not only super photogenic, but also two of the most loved people. Their families were so sweet and supportive throughout the entire day which made for some really special moments.

Grandma took a piece of her wedding dress to pin to the inside of Madison’s in honor of her decades of successful marriage thus far!

The Inn at Chateau Elan had an incredible indoor location with beautiful white walls and natural light pouring in from the ceiling – a photographer’s dream!!

Their wedding party was so fun!

There were some sweet family moments before the ceremony – Madison and her dad had a first look with lots of emotions which he described as “happy tears” because it’s a “happy day”! I love when parents are excited for their children to have made a great marriage choice!!

And then a sweet prayer to send her off!

Ceremony time! With the thunder in the background, they said “I do!”
