Shelby & Will are MARRIED! This South Georgia church wedding was so much fun! The rain threatened to get us, but it ended up being a beautiful day!

I love wedding days like this because they chose to focus on what matters – their marriage! (Also I have a new love for morning weddings – then the couple gets to spend a lot of time together after the wedding)

My husband & I set out to south Georgia on Friday. South Georgia weddings mean my husband is my second shooter & we get to visit my parents house on the lake!

Friday night I headed over to The Bricks in downtown Moultrie to photograph Shelby & Will’s rehearsal dinner and party! I loved their sweet slideshow showing memories from their lives.

There are always a few things that stand out to me about every couple & their families. For Shelby & Will, I could immediately tell that they are so committed to each other. I would bet their friends would say they are two of the most dependable people they’ve met!

Welcome to my FAVORITE time of the day – Bride & Groom portraits! Things go pretty well when you have an Audrey Hepburn look-alike Bride & a Groom who is more than willing to make her laugh for pictures!

(Only in at South Georgia churches can you find fields this good for wedding portraits!)

The best word I can use to describe their families is “solid”. It’s obvious these two have solid foundations of marriage to look to & help guide them!

During their reception, Shelby & Will greeted every single one of their guests as they made their way through the line for food. I loved watching how attentive & grateful they were to each and every guest!

(PS – the people of Autreyville Baptist know how to CATER!! This is by far one of the most impressive spreads I’ve seen!)
