Courtney & Ritchie are MARRIED! Despite the threat of rain, it turned out to be the perfect spring wedding day at the Taylor Grady House in Athens, GA.

My first impression of Courtney & Ritchie are that these two people are so genuine & thoughtful to every person in their lives. After booking their wedding with me, they asked if we could meet up just because they wanted to know their photographer better.

I’m always wanting to remove stress & bring joy to my clients, but I haven’t had clients who wanted to take care of me just as much as I wanted to take care of them.

As the wedding day began, Courtney and her girls started getting ready at the Taylor Grady House. Excitement + caffeine are usually a jittery mix, but Courtney seemed totally relaxed all day long. Multiple times I heard her say, “This is so fun!” (That’s how wedding days should be!!)

Meanwhile, on the guys side, Ritchie and his groomsmen were equally chill as they ate lunch & opened their gifts (socks with their faces on them!!) before getting ready for the big day to start!

I usually try to pinpoint my FAVORITE part of a wedding day, but this one was tough to choose – seriously, the entire day was sweet, meaningful & fun.

BUT if I had to narrow it down, I’d say their sweet ceremony & stunning sunset portraits were a photographer’s dream come true.

I am SOOOOO glad Courtney & Ritchie trusted me when I asked them to walk down the street for some sunset photos!! These are some of my FAVORITES from the entire day!
