I’m so excited to share this wedding day with you! Sara and Jay’s wedding day is near and dear to my heart because I actually personally know Sara! I met her while on a bachelorette trip for her cousin and one of my best friends, Ali! Sara stood out to me as someone who genuinely loves her people and sees the good in them.

You may remember Sara and Jay from their North Campus engagement session back in the fall.

We started off the wedding day at West Milford Farms – my second shooter (and best friend, Cassie) actually got married at this very venue 6 years ago!! We loved getting to visit again and see all the beautiful changes they’ve made to the venue. A few highly important changes they made for this wedding day specifically was adding an indoor ceremony option and a beautiful covered outdoor area. Sara and Jay’s wedding day ended up being a rare cold and rainy day in the middle of this spring weather, but we embraced it and they day was PERFECT!

Sara, you looked STUNNING!! Her dress was perfect for her!

Their first look took place in West Milford’s beautiful, secluded greenhouse!! I loved getting to include so much greenery in their photos despite not being able to take many portraits outside!

I love these!!

Their wedding party was so much fun!! This group took great care of the bride and groom and cheered them on throughout the entire day despite the crazy weather!

There were no dry eyes in the house when Sara made her walk down the aisle! For those of you wondering if a first look will diminish this moment, I say it over and over again – it only enhances it!! Here’s the proof 🙂
