UGA NORTH CAMPUS | FOUNDERS GARDENS | ATHENS, GEORGIA | ENGAGEMENT SESSION

This is such a special engagement session I get to share with you guys! Nancy and Brett are my very first “Garden Couple”. They’re getting married at The Garden, formerly known as Thompson House and Gardens, just minutes outside of Athens — this just so happens to be the venue I recently became an owner of alongside my planner friend, Elsa Thomason! I’ve been so excited for this photography and venue dream team to come together, so this session was building the anticipation!

I actually met Nancy and Brett during their venue tour with The Garden and fell in love with their vision for the wedding day. Nancy is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and these two are adorable together!

We began their session at the Founders Gardens on the University of Georgia North Campus. I always love this spot!

The rain had threatened to interrupt their engagement session, but we were able to sneak just a few fun umbrella photos while it passed!
