UGA NORTH CAMPUS | ATHENS, GEORGIA | ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Ahhhhh!!! If you know me, you know I LOVEEE shooting engagement sessions on UGA North Campus in Athens, Georgia – there are gorgeous spots any time of the year AND every session can look entirely different.

Kasey & Harry are adorable (you’ll find that out very soon as you scroll)! They met while working at Chick-Fil-A on Atlanta Highway (the one with the Christmas lights! – if you’re an Athens, Georgia local, you know what I mean!), so we had to give a little tribute to Chick-Fil-A during their engagement session 🙂

I heavily encourage UGA North Campus to my couples who are planning engagements in Athens during the winter months because of it’s evergreen landscaping and gorgeous historic buildings! Although it was February for Kasey & Harry’s session, we knew springtime weather was RIGHT around the corner, so we embraced the blooms and greenery!

If you’re a past MH Couple, you know the first 20 minutes of engagement sessions are the hardest part – we’re getting to know each other, you’re learning the poses and getting comfortable in front of the camera. It’s always a GREAT sign when I see couples nervous laughing through this part – nervous laughter turns into real, comfortable laughter which turns into great photos! I knew Kasey & Harry were going to do GREAT once this happened 🙂

I am dyingggg over these! I love them! I typically avoid Magnolia trees (because they’re dark and heavy in camera & my style is more light and airy), but it was PERFECT. The sun, the tree, the couple 🙂
